Early Bird Discount
Sunshine is proud to offer an Early Bird tuition discount. Please review the proper steps to take advantage of the offer.
1. The Early Bird tuition discount entitles your family to save $15 off of the normal weekly tuition rate per child.
2. To receive the Early Bird tuition rate, camp reservations (Cost Form), paperwork, and payment must be received by the Early Bird deadline.
3. The Early Bird deadline for Session #1 is Friday, May 28.
4. The Early Bird deadline for Session #2 is Friday, June 25.
5. Paperwork necessary for the Early Bird deadline includes: Summer Camp Cost Form, Contract and Consent, Enrollment Application, and Enrollment Agreement.
6.Payment for the session includes all reserved weeks minus any deposit paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Sunshine offers a 100% no penalty cancellation policy if the cancellation is made prior to the cancel deadline.
• The deadline to cancel a week of camp from session one is Friday, June 4
• The deadline to cancel a week of camp for session two is Friday, July 2
A week may be cancelled after the cancellation deadline (except with Travel Camp Excursions). However, if a week is cancelled after the deadline, you will be required to pay as follows:
• To receive the 50% refund (not available with Travel Camp excursions), you must provide at least a one week (5 business day) notice—prior to the week you wish to cancel. There is no refund available when cancelling a Travel Camp excursion after the deadline. Your request must be made in writing by using the available Change Form (enclosed with your paperwork and available at each location’s front desk).
• Cancelling a week with less than one week (5 business day) notice will require a 100% payment for the tuition cost of that particular week, regardless of reason for non-attendance.
Cancellation must be done using a Change/Cancel Form and must be turned into an administrator of the program.
